**Multiple positions available**
Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
* Serves as single point of contact between vendor and internal Company users for problem identification, escalation and resolution concerning performance levels, inventory control and quality assurance issues
* Participates in project plan development, implementation and monitoring and evaluation activities for transitioning business to external vendors
* Establishes and reports metrics and measurements including benchmarking, service level reporting and management, cost benefit analyses and monthly invoice reconciliation
* Participates in contract negotiations; drafts contractual service level agreements; participates in request for proposals and subsequent vendor selection
* Conducts due diligence site visits in order to ensure that all required physical and logical security requirements are met
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, plus 4+ years directly related work experience defined as: Operations Management or Leadership experience
* Frequent Travel (Domestic/International)
* Passport will be required
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Demonstrate contract negotiation skills comprising complex agreements
Business Specific Criteria (preferred skills):
* Experience in one or more of the following operational areas: mailroom and imaging services, claims processing function, enrollment and billing processing function, and customer service operations (contact center)
* Contract negotiation and development experience
* Relationship management experience with buyer/supplier
* Outsourcing vendor management experience
* Health insurance company experience
