Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
*Lead or participate on project teams as subject matter expert regarding PeopleSoft Financial Systems (AP, Expense, Fixed Assets)
*Provide consultative support for management regarding financial system’s (PeopleSoft AP, Expense, Fixed Assets) new products, reporting requirements, or improvements to current processes
*Provide support for PeopleSoft AP, Expense and Fixed Asset modules for problem resolution, analysis report writing/enhancements and monthly update processes
*Resolve system or business process issues and/or mitigate risks to system and business processes (may include system requirements/enhancements, business requirement specs, test strategies etc.)
*Assist in the development of business project and implementation plans to support major deliverables of applications
*Validate system- testing results prior to implementation of new or enhanced interfaces and provide support to impacted areas
*Develop materials and conduct training sessions on new processes and modules
*Identify and recommend improvements to PeopleSoft AP, Expense and Fixed Asset modules
*May serve as the single point of contact for finance areas, IM and IT to acquire and share information relative to new or existing financial system interfaces, which includes maintenance and implementation of interfaces
*Moderate to heavy keying required

Job Requirements:
*Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
*5+ years strong accounting experience
*Experience working with PeopleSoft financial modules
*Strong problem solving skills

Business Specific Criteria (Preferred Skills):
*Masters degree in Accounting or MBA
*CPA
*Experience working with PeopleSoft AP, General Ledger or Expense and Fixed Asset modules
*Experience documenting processes and implementing process improvements
*Supervisory experience
*Certified Accounts Payable (CAPP) designation
